Returns & Cancellations
We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to (deaverwinery@deavervineyards.com) to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.
Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact the tasting room at (209) 245-4099 for return instructions.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.
Wine Club
Wine Club Discounts:
15% off on Deaver wine and port purchases in Tasting Room and Online
20% off one to two (1 - 2) case purchases
25% off three to four (3 - 4) case purchases
30% off five+ (5+) case purchases
10% discount on tasting room gift shop merchandise
Two “Family & Friends” discount transactions available per visit (share your discount with two of your friends or family). Family and friends receive a 15% discount on wine. Family & Friends discount does not apply to gift shop items.
Wine Club Shipping:
$18.00 shipping fee on 1 to 11 bottles within the Continental US, excluding Alabama, Illinois, Iowa, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Utah.
Shipping included on any case order within the Continental US (same states excluded)
A person over the age of 21 years must be able to sign for the wine upon delivery.
If the wine is being shipped to an area where summer temperatures are over 85° F, we will hold the package until the weather is cooler.
Policies
Names on Account: Wine club membership allows for 2 members at the time of enrollment. Changes to the original names on the enrollment card must be made in writing via e-mail club@deavervineyards.com or using the US Postal Service.
Please Note: Wine Club memberships are non-transferable and only apply to the two individuals that are listed on the member account. Members must be present to receive any benefits or discounts. A married couple is considered a single membership. Spouses are entitled to all benefits and discounts. Discounts are available to family and friends per the “Family & Friends Discount.”
Wine Club Changes: To switch wines clubs, send the request via email to club@deavervineyards.com
Wine Club Release: We will automatically charge the wine club selections to the credit card we have on file for you prior to the Wine Club selection release. You will be charged $65.00 to $110.00 per quarter plus sales tax and shipping (if appropriate), depending on which club you joined. Deaver Vineyards reserves the right to change selections on wine unclaimed after six months. Deaver Vineyards reserves the right to ship wine club releases held for pick up after six months.
Cancellation Policy: Wine club members may cancel at any time after they receive their fourth consecutive release. If a member cancels prior to their fourth release, any previous discounts received will be reversed and charged to the card on file.
Upon cancellation all activities, benefits, discounts and wine clubs will be discontinued immediately. Cancellations can be submitted in writing (via e-mail or using US Postal Service) one year after the date of joining. The Wine Club subscription will continue until the member cancellation is received.
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to a wine club billing date and must be done in writing. You may submit your request to cancel in writing by one of the following methods:

No refunds will be issued for any wines paid for before date of cancellation.
Decline Policy: Membership discounts or benefits will not be extended if an account is not current on all wine club releases. If a member’s card is declined more than 3 times, the membership will automatically be canceled. Membership will be restored when all the membership information is updated, and the most recent club release is paid for.
Layaway Wine: Members may purchase wine that can be held at Deaver Vineyards for up to two weeks from the date of purchase. After the two-week period, the card on file will be charged for additional shipping costs and the order will be shipped to the address we have on file.
Returned Wine Shipments: If a wine club shipment is returned to Deaver Vineyards, we can re-ship the wine for an additional club shipping fee.
